If you are looking for a wonderful family outing, consider a visit to Sea Glass Beach in Benica.

The water is relatively calm and there are some very interesting pitted rock formations and tidepools to

discover as well. This little trip could be manged with little ones but a close eye would have to be kept

due to the close proximity of the water as well as untumbled sharper pieces of glass. FYI! Wear appopriate

shoes as well, as there are some slippery moss covered rocks. To get to Sea Glass Beach head over to  West 6th street until you reach the dead end, then make a left and follow the public access signs to the beach! Have a wonderful time and don't forget to share your great photos with us as well!
